Learn more about our services

Our Vision

Our vision is to establish and hone practical and actionable support services in an effort to become the preeminent guidepost for the global adoption of a multicultural and inclusive treatment approach to psychological services.

Open Door Living Association, Inc is the brainchild of Mya Ndiaye, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), MA, TLLP. We provide specialized psychological services and ABA therapy as well as coordination services, respite, and assisted living opportunities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver quality service and to bridge the gap in services for underserved communities. We aim to deliver a culturally inclusive approach to mental health services, particularly serving individuals with autism, by providing clinically proven and contextually appropriate services infused with an understanding of issues and barriers specific to their unique circumstances.

We do this through the use of person-centered and empirical-based methods including:

  • Intensive Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
  • Diagnostic Testing and Screening for Autism/Asperger and ADHD
  • Montessori Learning Structure
  • Early Learning Intervention
  • Behavior Abnormalities
  • Social Skill Deficiencies
  • Functional Adaptation
  • Skill Acquisition
  • Interactive/Technological Teaching

Our Committment

We are an equal opportunity employer. As a proud minority-owned organization, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

We are intentional about cultivating a team environment of mutual respect that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We recognize that the more globally conscious we are, the better our work will be. Our hiring practices mirror a multicultural tapestry of persons from all walks of life.

Likewise, we are also committed to providing high-quality and culturally competent, sensitive services that affirm dignity, worth, and value for all individuals. In so doing, we strive to provide a welcoming and enriching environment for both our parents and children that is conducive to the intellectual, emotional, and social development of our diverse community.
